We kindly ask you to RSVP on this site at your earliest convenience before the room blocks close on October 15th, 2024 . Your prompt response will greatly assist us in finalizing the headcount for the wedding and its accompanying events. A formal invitation with further details will be sent to those who RSVP by booking their rooms.
If you know you cannot attend, please let us know ASAP. We completely understand this commitment, and it will help us out tremendously to know early.
We ask that you book your room(s) directly from this site.
To take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations booked and paid by October 15th, 2024. There is a $100 deposit. You don’t have to pay the entire room all at once. If you book early, the sooner the better, you can take advantage of the interest free payment plan.
We are currently holding rooms from February 26th-March 3rd; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room that you would prefer, Calli will request it be added to our group).
You can also use this site to book your transportation to and from the resort/airport. All flights should be purchased separately with your airline of choice.
Since this is an international trip, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. According to the U.S. gov website routine applications are processed in 10-13 weeks, and expedited applications in 7-9 weeks. We recommend you start the process right away as a precaution. Renew if you are due!

Most Post Offices offer full passport services: First-Time Passports (and Passport Photos) and Renewing Passports.

The rates at Secrets Playa Blanca (per person) are all-inclusive and include the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports.
When you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation. The travel agent will need your flight information 60 days before travel. If you chose to book your own transportation, there are several websites / at the airport where you can book transportation.
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest airport to Secrets Playa Blanca, located 22 miles away (30-40 minute car ride).
You are free to schedule flights directly with your preferred airline.
Wedding Dress Code: Formal attire (Black tie optional) Come dressed to impress! No jeans, Hawaiian shirt, shorts, sneakers or flip flops please.

While we adore all your children, Secrets Resort is an adults-only property and does not allow children (under age 18) under any circumstances.
The ideal time to begin booking flights is usually 4-8 months out. We highly recommend monitoring airline rates through Hopper, GoogleFlights, or SkyScanner as ticket prices are always in fluctuation.
Based on our room block, guests are able to start arriving as early as Wednesday, February 26th. Wedding events will begin Friday, February 28th.
The resort requires that our guests stay a minimum of 3 nights. You can arrive and leave as early or as late as you want. Please let Calli, our travel agent know if you will need your accommodation to extend outside of our room block dates.
We highly recommend downloading the “Hyatt Inclusive Collection” app. This app has in depth information about Secrets Playa Blanca Resort. Including hotel information, making reservations at the resort restaurants, appropriate attire @ restaurants, activities, hotel map, accommodations, activities, how to book excursions & tours, and much more!
